The short version of how ordering with Panthers Imprint works.
Prices
Prices are shown in naira and calculated at checkout. Delivery is added for your area. The amount you pay is the amount on the payment page.
Design approval
After you pay, we confirm your design with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We only print after you approve it. Changes after approval may delay production.
Your files
You confirm your file is print-ready: vector quality or at least 300 dpi, the right size with 3 mm bleed, and complete with all text, images and fonts. We are not responsible for the final print quality of files that do not meet this. We check files and tell you about problems we notice before printing.
Production time
Production time is counted in working days and starts once your design is confirmed. Express shortens production time where offered. Delivery time is extra.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel before printing starts for a full refund. Once printing has started we cannot cancel. If something we printed is wrong because of our mistake, we reprint it or refund you.
Privacy
We use your details only to make and deliver your order and to send you updates about it. Your design files are kept private and shared only with the print partner making your order.
